Care and cleaning

To keep your velvet looking its best, we suggest that you occasionally vacuum to remove surface dirt and dust.
All spillages should be removed immediately. Blot spills using using a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
For stubborn stains we suggest you purchase specialist cleaners and test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid heavy blotting or harsh rubbing as this can damage the velvet pile.
Please be aware of the risks of dye transfer from denim and other dark clothing that can this can mark the fabric. Please also be aware that studs on clothes and sharp objects may scratch the surface of the product.
Do not position your furniture in front of radiators, fires or other heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight as it may cause fading or discolouration.

Assembly

This bed will be delivered to you unassembled so it can be securely packaged and arrive to you in the best condition. The headboard and bed frame will be separate, so it's just a case of using the instructions and fittings provided to attach the parts together.
Please note, a mattress for this bed is not included.

Lovely bed frame

Visited this frame in store before ordering online. Super easy to assemble with clear instructions and once put together felt extremely strong and sturdy. The finish is gorgeous and super soft in the velvet option we purchased along with a lovely champagne colour ideal for all those neutral bedroom decorations! The ottoman feature is great too with really easy opening and closing.

Beautiful bed

This is a very attractive bed frame. It was easy to put together. We did have some issues closing the ottoman when we built it- but we just needed to put more weight on it. Perhaps this should be added to the instructions. Now the mattress is on it’s no problem.

Customer services were very helpful .

We are very pleased with the bed- it’s great quality and lovely colour.
