FAQs

- How can you tell if a sofa is good quality?
Purchasing a sofa is one of the biggest commitments we make for our homes. You can tell a sofas quality by playing close attention to the following...
If you want longevity, a hardwood frame is the best option for you. A cheaper, chipboard frame will buckle over time and leave you with a sagging sofa.
Pocket sprung sofas will help evenly distribute weight to avoid the appearance of sagging if your favourite spot.
Cheaper sofas may use a feather of fibre filling. Danetti sofas use a high density foam padding that helps your sofa retain its shape and stay looking neat and tidy year after year.
Stitching - the devil is in the detail and taking a close look at the neatness of the stitching is often a good barometer of judging the quality of a sofa.
Visit our Berkshire showroom if you'd like to put our sofas through your own quality testing!
- Can you return a sofa if you don't like it?
Yes - as long as the sofa is unused, unassembled and in it's original packaging you can return free of charge within 30 days of your delivery date. Simply enter your email address and postcode to log a return on our customer portal: https://portal.danetti.com/
- What to measure when buying a sofa?
Measure the height, width and depth to ensure your new sofa fits and works in your space. Be sure to also measure any pinch points on the route from your front door to the room your sofa will be in.
- What is the 2:3 rule for sofas?
The 2:3 design rule suggests your sofa should be the equivalent of ⅔ the size of your room and is adopted commonly amongst interior designers. This works for separate lounge spaces but would not apply for open plan living/dining areas.
