All spillages should be removed immediately. Blot spills using a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
For stubborn stains we suggest you purchase specialist cleaners and test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid heavy blotting or harsh rubbing as this can damage the velvet pile.
Please be aware of the risks of dye transfer from denim and other dark clothing that can mark the fabric. Please also be aware that studs on clothes and sharp objects may scratch the surface of the product.
Do not position your furniture in front of radiators, fires or other heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight as it may cause fading or discolouration.

I bought this to add to three existing stools and was a bit concerned it might not be to the same quality or finish but I needn't have worried. There was a problem with one of the foot protectors which had shorn off, making the stool unstable. Customer Services popped a new one in the post and we managed to extract the damaged one and replace it so all is well.
